How the Meeting Scheduling Works

Conference sponsors receive pre-scheduled business meetings included with their investment.  The quantity and duration (40-minute or 20-minute) of these meetings is determined based on sponsoring level and date payment is received by CGA.

  • CGA provides sponsors with a list of retailers that are participating in the meetings
  • Sponsors indicate to CGA which retailers, in order of preference, they would like to meet with
  • CGA schedules meetings according to the sponsorship criteria and communicates schedules to participants
  • To ensure that these meetings are productive for all involved, certain guidelines apply
